Decision
It is a series of sequences based on the poem “The Voice” by Shel Silverstein. We focused on the theme of self-independence and discovery, breaking free from outer influence and judgments, and realizing the authenticity of oneself and the power of individuality.
We created a narration of a person making a decision. Using symbolic representations such as an astronaut as alienated, lost individuals deciding to go through one of the multiple doors (represents choices) under humongous status as authoritative influences.

Process
Moodboard
To start, we decide to create a mysterious mood by using a dark and misty environment because, in our narration, the character is in the process of making his own decision.
Reference Board.
To achieve a sense of pressure, we think about contrast in size. Such as a gigantic object in a vast space versus a little character.
Lighting Reference
Then, we think about using lighting in the environment as a transitional device to showcase the transformation of the character’s mindset, from misty blue to intense, dramatic warm light.
